Praline Chicken Breast

4 servings)
4 chicken breasts (pound flat)
Oil (Canola or light olive oil)

(Makes 4 servings)

Praline Sauce

  • 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans


Praline Chicken Breast
Lightly salt chicken breast.  Sauté chicken in butter & oil combination. Cook until done.

While chicken is cooking make praline sauce.


Directions for praline sauce.

In a small saucepan over low heat combine brown sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook and stir praline sauce until sauce is smooth and syrupy, about 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract and pecans. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of praline sauce.
