5 to 6 lbs beef chuck roast 1/4 cup mustard 1 cup water 8 -10 garlic cloves, sliced Add 1 cup of Soy Gin Sauce to give the dish an Asian touch, or for a southern BBQ flavor use 1 cup of Soul-Q-Sauce . |
Directions
Garlic Beef
Put in a deep roasting pan with a sharp knife cut deep slices into the roast Stuff the sliced garlic into the cuts of the roast. Any leftover garlic is chopped fine tossed in with the roast. Mix Soy Gin Sauce , or Soul-Q-Sauce with mustard and pure over roast. Add water, cover pan and place in the oven at 375º for 2 hours or until "FORK TENDER" and sauce has cooked down. Serves 4 - 6. |
