Season meat with granulated garlic and
Season meat with granulated garlic and black pepper, dredge in flour. Heat oil, brown meat on both sides. Place meat in a baking pan, spread sliced onion on top of meat. Pour in the Soy-Gin Sauce cover in foil. Bake in 350º F oven for about 1 hour until meat is done. |
