Ingredients
Tofu block in tub of water
Remove tofu from liquid and slice into finger size piecess Season with - cayenne, granulated garlic, black pepper, onion salt, thyme, marjoram, on top and bottom. |
Directions
Add some extra flavor by replacing the cayenne with Chili Pepper Paste and canola oil to make a marinade.
Let the tofu soak in the marinade for at least a few hours before cooking. Then roll in flour and fry in very hot oil (350º) until golden brown turn several times to cook evenly. |
