PEEL, CUT & BOIL SWEET POTATOES UNTIL SOFTENED, MASH POTATOES; ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL BY HAND WITH A SPOON OR FORK. POUR INTO 8X8 INCH GREASED DISH. TOPPING 1/3-CUP FLOUR 1/3-CUP BUTTER 1 ½ CUPS CHOPPED PECANS COMBINE INGREDIENTS WELL. PLACE ON TOP OF SWEET POTATOES. BAKE IN 350? OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES. |
